Contract Executive


 

Job Responsibilities:-

  • Take off quantity and prepare bill of quantity from the tender drawing
  • Call and prepare subcontractor’s quotation
  • Cost estimate for tender
  • Prepare labour and material budgets for new project
  • Prepare and submit monthly progress claim and project final account
  • Prepare for sub-contractor certificate of payment
  • Estimate and prepare of quotation of VOs
  • Perform any other contract duties assigned by superior
  • Price/forecast the cost of the materials needed for the project.
  • Select and/or source construction materials based on project requirements.
  • Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
  • Prepare sub-contracts budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation.
  • Procure or agree the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project.
  • Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly (variations).
  • Measure and value the work done on site for claims.
  • Prepare recommendation of payment to subcontractors.
  • Liaise with Client and advise other construction professionals, such as Site Managers, Project Managers and Site Engineers.

Job Requirements:-

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in related field.
  • Proficiency in three languages (English, Mandarin, Malay).
  • Preferably have more than 3 years working experience.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Able to start work immediately.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Language:

  • Mandarin (Preferred)
