Customer Service - English Speaker


 
  • Handling all inbound calls and live chat pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedback, and other raising issues related to the company's products.
  • To exceed customers' expectations in terms of customer service and accurate information.
  • Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
  • Report on customer feedback and complete call logs and reports.
  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM and above
  • Required language(s): English and/or Bahasa Melayu
  • Fresher or Minimum 1 year of working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage for this position.
  • Fresh graduates who are interested to start their career in a call center are also encouraged to apply – Full Training Provided
  • Applicant must be willing to work in Ara Damansara, Selangor

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
