Responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day operations of our primary healthcare clinics in Taman Maluri and Bandar Sunway.
- Manage and support a team of healthcare professionals and administrative staff.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve clinic efficiency and patient care.
- Monitor and manage procurement and inventory.
- Focus on delivering excellent patient experiences and satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Engage with the community to promote healthcare awareness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare or Business Administration.
- Previous experience in healthcare management or 5 years experience in business administration
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
